Monthly Salary: POLYSTATR increases every employee monthly salary CNY 500 every year for rewarding loyalty

Job Descriptions:

  • 1.Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
    2.Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
    3.Determine key supply chain KPIs
    4.Implement solutions for process improvements
    5.Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions promptly
    6.Train and evaluate others
    7.Provide constructive feedback
    8.Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
    9.Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Education and Experience

One year or above supply chain operation experience
Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, diploma, major in Supply Chain Management or business administration.

 

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple posts. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

 

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
