As an universal sewing thread for curtains we recommend Poly Core Spun Yarn (Tex24, Ne.45/2). Depending on the decorative fabric and the sewing conditions such as the stitch density and stitch type, it might be worthwhile choosing different qualities from the POLYSTAR range:
